I was a little bit sceptical last year when I ordered a letter from Santa Claus for my little girl. However, one of my friends had ordered them for her kids the previous year and said she had no problems so I went ahead and order one.
The letter was quite plain, the design nothing special but my little girl (she's 5) adored it. She stuck it on her wall and admired it for months.
I'll be getting another one this year though I might choose a prettier design, although I guess that doesn't matter too much to a young child.
I do think some of the letters are higher quality than others but it's definitely a nice gift which kids love.
